CUSTOM WORK

Project Traveling Oracle was conceived by Tyler Green (special FX makeup artist) for IMATS NYC in 2014, and was inspired by the digital artwork of Nicholas Kelly. To transform Kelly's imaginative creature into a tangible reality, Tyler Green, assembled a skilled team of artists, including a denturist, wigmaker, custom contact lens designer and of course costume designers.

Tyler Green, Bethany Serpico, and Mark Santos focused on crafting prosthetics, while Ebony Amber, and her mother, Dale Amber undertook the task of designing the elaborate oversized costume.

Ebony Amber was invited to join the Point Society team as the lead costume designer. Together with her mother, Dale, they designed and constructed four nurse uniforms along with a chief nurse garment for the web series.

Some of the very talented actors involved in this project included Naomi Grossman (head nurse), best known for her role as Pepper in American Horror Story and hosts of Kindred Spirits Amy Bruni and Adam Berry (nurses).  

POINT SOCIETY SYNOPSIS: The two main "families" of an elite Point Society, are obsessed with control and bound by a veiled power, while struggling among themselves for authority over the path of humanity. During this series follow the lives of the individuals in the point system, and how they work around the laws that bind them to each other, while trying not to lose themselves in the quest for power that earned them a seat in this viscous society.
